**About the Department**
- At **Daikin Europe N.V. (DENV)**, our **Commercial DX Strategic Business Unit (SBU)** shapes the **mid
- and long-term strategy** for the commercial **air conditioning product group** across **Europe, the Middle East, and Africa**.- As a **Product Management Officer**, you will join our **international Product Management team** in Brussels and contribute to achieving ambitious targets across the **EMEA region**.

**Your Role**
- In this **multi-faceted position**, you’ll act as the bridge between **Product Management, R&D, Sales, Supply, Service, and Marketing**. Your focus will be to shape and execute strategies for **commercial air-to-air heat pump products** and **air conditioning systems**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Define and implement the **mid
- and long-term strategy** for the **commercial heat pump** and **air conditioning portfolio**.
- Gather and analyze **market needs**; prepare **new product concepts**, business cases, and specifications for key markets (Spain, France, Italy, UK, and others).
- Provide input and analysis for **commercial air conditioning product groups**, including contribution calculations to support business cases.
- Initiate, guide, and follow up on the **design & development process** with our global R&D teams.
- Lead **product launches** and ensure successful **market introductions** in collaboration with local sales companies.
- Support **Product Management and Sales teams** in delivering growth, profitability, and competitive positioning across the EMEA region.

**Your Profile**
- Master’s degree in **Engineering (civil, industrial, commercial)** or **Economics**, with a strong **technical affinity**.
- 3-5 years’ experience in **product management**, ideally within **HVAC, air conditioning, or heat pump industries**.
- Independent, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong communication skills, able to collaborate across international teams.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
