**Job description**

At Deltalight, we design architectural lighting solutions that merge innovation, aesthetics, and technology. To strengthen our continued growth, we are looking for a **Product Manager** to take ownership of our **outdoor lighting portfolio**, driving its development from concept to market launch and beyond. As Product Manager, you act as a key link between **R&D, Marketing, and Sales**, ensuring the perfect balance between technical innovation and commercial value. You translate market insights and customer needs into strong product strategies that reinforce our brand promise.

**Product Development & Portfolio Management**:

- Manage the full product lifecycle of the outdoor portfolio - from concept to launch and phase-out.
- Develop product strategies and roadmaps aligned with company objectives.
- Analyze market and competitor trends to identify opportunities and continuously optimize the portfolio.
- Monitor product profitability through pricing, cost, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate closely with R&D to stimulate innovation and technical differentiation.

**Stakeholder Management**:

- Connect R&D, Marketing, and Sales to ensure an efficient product development and launch process.
- Gather and evaluate feedback from customers and the Sales team to refine product strategies.
- Coordinate with Market Segment Managers to ensure alignment with market trends and customer needs.
- Participate in strategic project teams focused on optimizing product flow and portfolio performance

**Go-to-Market & Commercial Support**:

- Define product positioning, key messages, and promotional strategies together with Marketing.
- Translate technical specifications into clear commercial benefits.
- Provide input for sales tools, training materials, and technical marketing content.
- Support Sales in product launches and customer engagement initiatives

**Data-Driven Decision Making**:

- Base your decisions on data insights and KPIs, supported by a Product Analyst.
- Closely monitor market trends, sales performance, and customer preferences.
- Measure and analyze the success of product launches and overall portfolio performance

**Profile**

- Master’s degree in Product Management, Marketing, or a technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, ideally in a design
- or technology-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset with attention to detail and aesthetics.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Good communication skills in English and Dutch.
- Affinity with lighting, architecture, or design is a definite asset
