The Campus Belgium EHS department ensures the implementation of the environmental, health and safety policy at all Johnson & Johnson locations in Belgium.
Within this department we are looking for an **Expert Process safety management **.

**Major responsibilities**
- You will be responsible for further developing a PSM (Process Safety Management) program in our Belgian sites.
- You advise on process safety and general safety and answer questions about SEVESO legislation, ATEX, HAZOP/LOPA, SIL, Static electricity and work permits.
- You further expand PSM expertise together with the technical departments and the global PSM organization.
- You participate in various process risk analyzes and monitor their quality.
- You develop a training plan for process safety, create and provide specific process safety training
- You participate in incident investigations at the request of the departments.
- You assist or lead internal and external audits.
- You participate in an on-call system in the context of internal emergency planning at the Geel site.
**Qualifications**:
- You have a technical Master's Degree (Industrial Engineer, Bio-Engineer, Civil Engineer) or equivalent through experience.
- You have additional training in process safety (HAZOP, ATEX, functional safety) or are willing to take additional training courses.
- You have knowledge and experience in the field of chemistry and process safety.
- You have a degree in prevention advisor level 1, Master of Safety engineering or are willing to obtain this.
- You enjoy achieving results, both independently and with diverse teams.
- You can express yourself fluently (written and oral) in Dutch and English.
- You can deal with people at all levels within a large and complex organization.
- You can take initiative to achieve goals and achieve results in a timely manner. Being able to plan your own tasks in advance is therefore an important added value.
- You are willing to travel (10%).
