Job Summary:

- Due to our continued growth, we are in need of qualified and focused individuals, like yourself. This is a vital role in our Service Desk department whose success relies upon your finely tuned skills and background.

Responsibilities:

- Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolutions; and
- Communicate and collaborate with a regional/global IT team members to advance IT initially.

Qualifications:

- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology;
- At least 1 year of experience in a help desk or IT Support role; and
