Key parts of the role:

- Working with the Group Marketing Manager developing a strategy for gaining new customers/entering into new markets
- Meeting and presenting to new customers and distributors.
- Recruiting and managing regional business development achievers where number of potential customers/size of market dictates
- Once accounts are opened handing these across to the regional country directors to be handled by dedicated account managers or regional business development achievers
- Bonus for each account opened - structured depending on size of customer potential
- Bonus for long term profit contribution for those accounts introduced even once passed over - this would be structured similar to Nathan’s in terms of one off large number targets and also smaller incremental profit %.

**Salary**: €90,000.00 - €130,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brussels: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Language**:

- English, French, Dutch, German? (preferred)
