**DESCRIPTION OF THE TASKS
The following tasks will be performed by the external service provider:

- Gain knowledge of the solution(s) to be tested;
- Gain knowledge of the test data and testing strategy;
- Creation and modification of test data (in the form of a text/XML file(s);
- Definition of test plans and test cases;
- Construction of test scenarios and scripts;
- Execution of the corresponding test(s) using EC test tool(s);
- Reporting of test results;
- Assistance with the coordination of test campaigns and communication campaigns;
- Assistance with the running of the project support desk;
- Interaction with project team members, business analysts, customers, users, project leaders, and developers.

**LEVEL OF EDUCATION
As stated in the Article 2.6.3.1. of DIGIT-TM II Service requirements, a minimum educational qualification for lot 1 is: Level of education corresponding to Level 6 of the European Qualification Framework which typically corresponds to a EQF 6 bachelor’s degree of 3 years.

**KNOWLEDGE AND SK**ILLS
The following skills and knowledge are required for the performance of the above listed tasks:

- Ability to understand, speak and write in English;
- Attention to detail;
- Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team;
- Excellent Team Player;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to work autonomously, managing his/her own workload independently, providing status updates, liaising with others and escalating issues as appropriate.

**SPECIFIC EXPERTISE
The following specific expertise is considered an advantage for the performance of tasks:

- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile);
- Knowledge of XML/Schematron file format;
- Knowledge of Jira/Confluence/SharePoint.
- Knowledge of testing technologies, tools and techniques;
- Hands-on experience in manual testing;
- Knowledge of test management and defect tracking tools;
- Experience in the test data preparation;
- Good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences;
- Ability to participate in technical meetings;
- Good redaction skills, experience in preparation of written reports
