**Le poste**:
En rejoignant notre équipe Bid & Project pour les chaudières thermiques, vous serez un acteur clé dans la réalisation de résultats exceptionnels tout en rapportant directement au Section Manager.

**Votre rôle en gestion de projet**:

- préparation des offres et soutien lors des négociations avec les clients
- définir la base initiale du projet à partir d’une solution viable et d’une structure claire pour répondre aux exigences des clients et s’aligner sur la stratégie de l’entreprise
- lancer la direction de la solution et planifier le projet à venir
- construire, challenger et valider la proposition d’offre en tenant compte des retours et des engagements des parties prenantes
- gérer les risques et opportunités du projet futur
- définir les étapes clés de livraison et d’acceptation et consolider les coûts
- les responsabilités de gestion de projet incluent:

- assurer une transition fluide entre la phase d’offre et l’exécution du projet
- participer à la préparation, l’organisation et la validation du lancement et de l’exécution du projet
- initier le projet en identifiant les parties prenantes clés, en construisant l’équipe projet et en définissant les activités structurantes
- gérer les aspects financiers, y compris la stratégie « Make or Buy », la consultation des fournisseurs, la négociation et l’exécution des contrats
- piloter le lancement du projet avec toutes les parties prenantes et assurer une documentation complète (WBS, OBS, calendrier, répartition du budget, plan de sécurité, etc.)
- gérer les engagements du projet, maîtriser les risques et les opportunités, et garantir le respect des délais et des aspects financiers tout au long du projet
- garantir la qualité du projet et la satisfaction globale des clients et parties prenantes
- gérer les obligations légales et contractuelles, maîtriser les litiges et assurer la conformité
- assurer le reporting, les revues de projet et les réunions de phase
- finaliser les projets en archivant les documents, en clôturant les dépenses et en capitalisant sur les leçons apprises pour de futures améliorations

**Exigences**:

- un master en ingénierie mécanique
- un intérêt pour le secteur industriel (chaudières thermiques)
- de l’expérience en gestion d’équipe, budget, planification et relation client
- la capacité de détecter la vision globale d’un projet
- de la flexibilité en termes de mobilité géographique et d’horaires de travail
- un permis de conduire B
