**La fonction**:
En tant que Field Service Technician, vos tâches principales seront:
**Service de terrain**:
- Visite de clients en Europe, Etats-Unis et en Asie.
- Assurer le testing et la validation des instruments.
- Préparer le rapport de maintenance et le certificat.
- Effectuer le nettoyage de base / le remplacement des pièces internes.
- Vérifier si le client utilise correctement les instruments.
- Vérifier si le client a des questions ou des besoins.
**Grâce à des formations internes et externes, possibilité d’évolution vers une fonction de « Field Service And Application Engineer »** dont les responsabilités évolueraient vers les points suivants:
- Mesurer les échantillons des clients et générer des rapports.
- Effectuer des mesures à des fins internes.
- Participer à la définition à la validation des nouvelles fonctionnalités du logiciel et du matériel.
- Effectuer une formation opérationnelle sur site ou à distance ou une formation utilisateur « standard ».
**Le profil**:
Si vous êtes le Field Service Technician que nous recherchons, voici votre profil:
- Vous disposez d’un **diplôme d’enseignement secondaire supérieur** ou d’un** bachelier à orientation technique** (électromécanique, électronique, mécanique, etc).
- Vous avez de bonnes **connaissances en anglais.**:
- Vous êtes **prêt à voyager régulièrement.**:
- Vous êtes **rigoureux** et n’avez **pas de difficultés à suivre des procédures rigides**.
- Vous êtes **structuré** et **organisé**.
