**Description de la fonction**:
Notre client, basé à Bruxelles, recherche activement un(e) **_Financial Controller _**motivé(e) et ambitieux(se). Cette société en pleine expansion développe des solutions digitales innovantes et rassemble aujourd’hui près d’une centaine de collaborateurs. Depuis sa création il y a une dizaine d’années, elle s’est distinguée par son environnement de travail jeune, dynamique et collaboratif.

**Tâches principales**:
En étroite collaboration avec le Responsable Financier, vos responsabilités sont les suivantes:

- Vous assurez le suivi et l’analyse du budget en comparant les prévisions aux résultats réels, afin de donner une vision claire de la performance financière
- Vous surveillez les coûts par pays, par équipe et par unité, et contribuez à optimiser leur répartition
- Vous collaborez avec les comptables externes et participez aux clôtures, en garantissant la fiabilité des données financières
- Vous supervisez le processus de facturation et le suivi des paiements clients, tout en veillant à la correcte reconnaissance des revenus
- Vous contrôlez les dépenses et les engagements budgétaires, et veillez au bon déroulement des paiements fournisseurs et notes de frais
- Vous validez les variables de paie en collaboration avec l’équipe RH et analysez les coûts liés au personnel
- Vous contribuez à l’automatisation du reporting financier et à l’amélioration continue des processus et contrôles internes
- Vous automatisez et fiabilisez le reporting financier afin de gagner en efficacité et en visibilité
- Vous documentez et améliorez les processus ainsi que les contrôles internes, dans une logique d’optimisation continue.

**Profil recherché**:

- Vous disposez de 4 à 6 ans d’expérience en audit ou dans une fonction similaire
- Vous êtes à l’aise avec le français et l’**anglais**, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
- Vous avez le sens de l’organisation et savez jongler entre plusieurs tâches tout en respectant les priorités et les échéances
- Vous combinez rigueur analytique et capacité à vulgariser les chiffres pour vos collègues non-financiers
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe, êtes proactif(ve) et force de proposition pour améliorer les processus
- Vous êtes curieux(se), autonome et à l’aise dans un environnement qui évolue rapidement.
