The organisation employs ±200 professionals locally and operates in a capital-intensive environment with multi-million-euro project budgets. You will work closely with operations and project teams to steer performance in a Business Controller role built around ownership, visibility, and progression.What you will do as Business ControllerOwn performance follow-up for your scope, delivering clear cost, margin, and variance analysesLead budgeting and forecasting cycles, supporting structured steering of projects and operationsBuild and maintain KPI frameworks, ensuring consistent performance monitoringPrepare and consolidate monthly performance reports, highlighting deviations, risks, and trendsClear scope. Strong structure.
