**Detailed Job Description for the post of Personal Assistant / Policy Advisor**
- Monitoring of European regulations having impact of Trade
- Monitoring and evaluation of the trade related policies and activities of EU Institutions including Parliament, Council and Commission
- Monitoring of EU’s Preferential Trade Agreements
- Follow up on activities of Think Tanks and Research Institutions.
- Research on impact of EU policies on trade with third countries
- Setting up meetings of the Economic Minister
- Any other work assigned by the Economic Minister

**Requirements**:

- Belgian/EU national
- University graduate (degree in Law would be given preference)
- Fluency in English, French (Dutch - added qualification)
- Microsoft office skills **Good interpersonal and research skill**:

- Good drafting skill
