You will take full ownership of the technical coordination, planning, and on-site follow-up of HVAC systems - ensuring the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and sustainable solutions.Your key responsibilitiesOversee and coordinate all HVAC activities from design to site executionDevelop and maintain execution schedules, ensuring timely project deliveryMonitor project budgets and costs, including preparing progress reports and post-calculationsLead and supervise technical teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders on siteEnsure full compliance with technical specifications, industry standards, and safety regulationsAct as the main point of contact for clients, engineering partners, and internal departments We would love to hear from people with A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Climate Engineering, or equivalent by experienceA minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing HVAC projectsStrong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, schematics, and site executionExcellent planning, organizational, and communication skillsProficient in Dutch; working knowledge of French and English is an assetValid driver's license (B) Who you are Skilled in communicationClient-oriented, flexible, and a team player.Who we are Our top priorities are people, ethics, safety, and sustainability.
