**Organisatie omschrijving**: Pour l'un de nos clients, une entreprise active dans l'étude, l'installation et le suivi d'exploitation de systèmes HVAC, essentiellement chaufferies, nous sommes à la recherche d'un **Project Manager** orienté HVAC.
Les projets sont pour la plupart liés au secteurs tertiaires et résidentiels.
Concrètement, le PM devra se charger des tâches suivantes:
- Plannification et follow-up chantiers
- Choix des partenaires matériel sur base des schémas et plans
- Gestion des équipes terrain et sous-traitants
- Création des bons de commandes
- Réception chantier et rédaction PV

**Ons aanbod**: Pour ce poste, nous recherchons une personne réunissant les caractèristiques suivantes:
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master en Génie Éléctromécanique/Électrique
- Vous êtes expérimenté dans l'analyse et l'optimisation d'installations HVAC ainsi que dans la gestion d'hommes & de sous-traitants
- Vous êtes capable de rédiger les spécifications techniques de cahiers des charges relatifs à l'électricité, au HVAC et aux sanitaires
- La maîtrise du néerlandais est un atout
