Project Lead HVAC

As a Project Lead HVAC at Camfil, you will be responsible for the complete management of the construction site during the project execution. You will be at the heart of our projects, from planning to completion. You won ́t just manage from behind a desk; you will be present on site, actively participate in the execution; ensuring every detail meets our high standards.You will lead and motivate the project team and subcontractors, and, together with the sales team, act as the contact person for all technical questions. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of required materials and reporting any technical issues that may arise.This role can be based anywhere in Belgium, being located in central Belgium would facilitate travel to different project sites and our office (Zaventem). You will:Take full ownership of project coordination from A to ZLead, motivate and support the project team and subcontractors directly on siteBe the go-to technical contact for clients, working closely with the sales team to find the best solutionsEnsure all work is carried out safely and in line with our quality standardsOversee the predefined budget and project profitability.Anticipate needs, ensure materials are delivered on time, and proactively resolve any technical challenges that ariseBe always present at our sites, coordinating, troubleshooting, and keeping the project moving forwardActively participate in carrying out the required site workWhat we expect from you:You are not just a planner, you are someone who enjoys getting things done, being on site and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.We expect you to bring:A technical background (electro-mechanical profile or equivalent through experience)Experience in the HVAC sector is a strong plus, but not a strict requirement.
