Join us and be part of those shaping the energy of tomorrowContextWe are looking for an Environmental Certificates Operations Officer to join our Certificates Back-Office Team.You will play a key role in the day-to-day management and post-trade operations of environmental certificate transactions, helping ensure smooth execution in a fast-moving sales and trading environment.Main ResponsibilitiesAdminister and monitor registries for various certificates (GOs, CRM, CER, VER, EUA, etc.).Oversee the full post-trade cycle: validation, confirmation, and invoicing of transactions.Communicate and collaborate effectively with Front Office (Sales & Trading) and other support functions (Market Risk, Finance, etc.).Handle operational requests received through the team mailbox and ensure timely follow-up.Hard SkillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.Solid knowledge of MS Office and information systems.Programming skills (VBA and/or other languages) are a strong plus.Soft SkillsClient-oriented mindset with frequent interactions across Sales, Trading, Market Risk, and Finance.Clear, confident communicator (both written and verbal).Proactive, able to take initiative and work independently.Resilient and comfortable working under pressure.Education & ExperienceMaster's degree (Business, Finance, Economics, or Science).First experience in post-trade operations within a commercial or trading environment is a plus.LanguagesEnglish: fluent (mandatory).French, German or Dutch: a strong asset.Why join us?Diversity & InclusionIf you meet these requirements, then you are the talent we are looking for.
