We're hiring a Business Developer – Hunter Profile Region: Oost- & West-Vlaanderen Company: FläktGroup – Leading in HVAC solutionsAre you passionate about winning new business and building strong relationships? We're looking for a dynamic professional to join our team and drive growth in Belgium's industrial and commercial sectors.Your mission in 10 key points: Identify and hunt for new comfort opportunities in the region (hospitals, offices, hotels , museums , sport centers, ...). Develop and maintain strategic relationships with engineering offices, architects, installers, and investors. Drive sales growth through proactive prospecting and networking. Understand technical solutions (ventilation, air handling, controls) and translate them into customer value. Provide consultative selling and tailor solutions to client needs. Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead. Prepare offers and proposals with accuracy and professionalism. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Represent FläktGroup at events and trade fairs to strengthen our market presence. We want a true hunter – someone who thrives on challenges, loves networking, and is eager to make an impact.
