Voor een internationale logistieke speler, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Compensation & Benefits Manager voor België en Nederland. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle policies, processen en systemen compliant zijn met de lokale, regionale en internationale standaarden.Jouw takenpakketLeiden en implementeren van European Pay Transparency en Global Job Architecture.Zorgen voor naleving van lokale arbeidswetgeving en competitieve beloningsstructuren.Herzien en optimaliseren van lokale Compensation & Benefits policies in lijn met markttrends en bedrijfsstrategie.Uitvoeren van loonanalyses, beheren van audits en waarborgen van GDPR-compliance.Samenwerken met HR, Finance, Legal en andere departementen om afstemming te garanderen tussen compensatie, budgettering en strategie.Evalueren en verbeteren van bonus-, pensioen- en flexibele voordelenprogramma's.Ondersteunen van managers en HR-teams met training en advies rond C&B-praktijken. Hen opleidingen geven, waar nodig is.Verschillende projecten zoals: businesscases voor carrièreontwikkeling voorbereiden, benchmarking, kostenbeheersingsstrategieën uitwerken ...Jouw profielMinstens 5 jaar ervaring in Compensation & Benefits management, bij voorkeur in een internationale organisatie.Sterke kennis van Belgische en Nederlandse arbeidswetgeving en beloningsregelingen.Ervaring met pay equity, GDPR en global job architecture is een troef.Analytisch sterk, met oog voor detail én gevoel voor strategische impact.Communicatief vaardig en in staat om stakeholders te beïnvloeden.Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
