Are you looking to join a dynamic international company where your expertise will directly shape and secure HR practices?We are seeking a Labour Law Specialist (Netherlands) to strengthen our internal capabilities and support our teams across the NL perimeter.Your MissionAs our internal go-to expert, you will play a key role by providing strong legal guidance on all labour law matters. Your responsibilities will include:Offering daily legal advice to HR and operational teamsManaging individual employee relations cases (disciplinary matters, potential disputes, risk assessment)Ensuring consistency and compliance across HR practices in the NetherlandsProviding clear, reliable assessments of risks and recommended actions, without relying on external legal counselSupporting the Belgium and Luxembourg teams in the future, depending on workloadPayroll Dimension (NL) – Advisory OnlyYou will not be processing payroll. However, your expertise will help us:Assess whether current payroll practices meet NL legal requirementsSupport our Payroll Director on compliance-related questionsIdentify potential gaps or risks in payroll processesYour ProfileYou will be a strong match if you bring:Proven experience as a Labour Law Specialist in the NetherlandsHands-on exposure to employee relations and disciplinary casesExperience advising HR teams and business leadersBackground in Retail or fast-paced environments (FMCG, services, etc.) is highly valuedStrong communication skills and ability to translate legal topics into practical guidanceFluency in Dutch+ English ( French is a plus)What We OfferPermanent contractCompetitive compensation packageHybrid work: 2 days/week (flexible depending on candidate location)An international environment with supportive and collaborative teams
