This company is helping businesses across the globe adopt excellent practice frameworks and achieve sustainable IT excellence.In this role, you would be the primary consultant for customers, identifying both administrative and technical issues, then problem solving for solutions. Alongside this, you would ensure that all financial and risk regulations are in accordance with compliance. Through this role, you would be continuously learning new skills, developing your own professional and technical knowledge.The ideal candidate will be familiar with CRM systems, knowledge base platforms and ticketing tools.
