IT Integrator / Solution / Technical Delivery Lead (ENG) – Enterprise Transformation (BANKING)Location: Brussels – HybridContract: Permanent Consultant at Projective GroupLanguage: Fluent English (NL or FR is a plus)We are looking for a senior IT Integrators to support major enterprise transformation programs at a leading European financial institution (client name confidential).This role is perfect for architects, technical project managers, and senior analysts who excel in alignment, coordination, roadmap delivery, and cross-team communication. Your role as IT IntegratorYou are the linking pin between business, IT, architecture, engineers and leadership.You make complex change happen across teams and domains.Your responsibilitiesTranslate strategic business & IT ambitions into high-quality implementation roadmaps.Break down roadmaps into actionable features with a strong MVP mindset.Manage feature definition, refinement, prioritization and estimation.Coordinate dependencies across squads and tribes.Work closely with Product Leads, Chapter Leads, Architects and Squad Masters.Ensure functional and non-functional end-to-end delivery.Identify risks, propose mitigations, and report progress.Support large investment streams with direct visibility to senior leadership.Guide and challenge engineering teams on architecture and implementation decisions.Ensure proper execution rhythm aligned with agile ceremonies. Your profile5–12 years experience in IT architecture, integration, technical delivery, or IT project coordination.Deep understanding of IT concepts: APIs, infrastructure, cloud, security, integrations, microservices.Strong experience with large multi-squad delivery environments (Agile).Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to simplify complexity and maintain structure under pressure.Fluent in English (mandatory).Nice to have:Experience in investment, retail, or private banking environments.Background in solution architecture or program management.
