Capgemini’s HCM team has extensive knowledge on Oracle PeopleSoft, Oracle HCM Cloud and SAP Successfactors. You will reinforce this team with your knowledge and experience on BI and reporting.

As a senior BI consultant, you will lead the reporting side of our HRIS implementations and maintenance services at our customers and get the opportunity to grow a team with the main focus on reporting.

As a Capgemini consultant, you will be working in an international and culturally diverse environment, where your skills will be nurtured, where you will grow and where you can follow the path you choose. English is our company language, and a hard requirement, besides Dutch or French.

As a senior BI consultant at Capgemini Belgium, you will have the opportunity to participate in every phase of end-to-end implementations, depending on your skills, expertise and preferences.

Just a grasp of responsibilities that might come your way:

- Translate the functional requirements to the technical analysis
- Design and implementation of datawarehouse/datamart objects
- Development of ETL
- Guide and aid the customer’s reporting teams
- Lead and grow a team on HCM reporting cross technology

We value the expertise you already built, whether you are a junior consultant with a first experience or a seasoned specialist.
- Must have:

- Oracle database 12c,
- Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL;
- OAS (Oracle Analytics Server);
- ODI (Oracle Data Integrator);
- OBIEE (Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition)
- Nationality of a NATO country
- English and Dutch and/or French speaking- Nice to have:

- Oracle BI publisher;
- Datawarehouse design, database tuning, data analysis;
- Oracle Cloud knowledge;
- Geographic mobility. Although you must be ready to accept assignments anywhere in Belgium, most of your assignments will be Brussels based
