**Description de la mission**:Hand in hand with the E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing and updating Etam Belux's e-commerce:
- You are responsible for the day-to-day management of the website. You activate and follow commercial actions, new factures and updates on the E-commerce
- You actively follow and test technical performance of the website and propose improvements
- You develop and manage relationships with the integration and IT team to identify, report and translate potential technical issues. Your goal is to ensure a high-quality E-commerce platform
- You will participate in the E-merchandising of the website (homepage, landing page, category creations, etc.)
- You actively support the E-commerce manager in acquisition analysis and reporting
- You will support the client service team if need be
You will be working within the Belux team and interact with several actors of the international team (web-design, integrators, client service, CRM, IT, etc.).
**Profil**:
- You have a university or equivalent degree with at least one year experience in an E-commerce role
- You are a team player and have experience working with international and remote teams
- You have experience working closely with IT to translate business needs into clear guidance and maintain a high-quality platform
- You can easily switch to a global thinking and rolling up your sleeves to help your peers in another country
- You are a tech-savy always checking the competition
- You speak Dutch (mandatory), French and English
- You see yourself as rigorous and you know let any detail slip
- You have a strong priority setting & agility skills
- Experience with Salesforce back office, HTML & SAP is a plus
