Reporting directly to the CEO/VP Sales, you will play a critical role in articulating our value proposition to senior stakeholders in large enterprises. For candidates based in Belgium, this role operates on a hybrid model from our Ghent headquarters. For those located outside of Belgium, we offer a fully remote setup.This is a unique opportunity for a commercial talent who combines the drive of a hunter with the polish of a consultant. You will not simply be "chasing leads"; you will be conducting research-led outreach, navigating complex decision-making units, and positioning SEQUESTO as a high-value business transformation solution, not just an AI solution.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Pipeline Generation & Value RealisationAccount-Based Outreach: Move beyond generic "spray and pray" tactics. You will research target accounts and craft highly personalised, impactful messaging that resonates with Heads of Sales, Bid Directors, Security leaders, C-level executives and tender teams alike.High-Quality Qualification: Act as the gatekeeper of the pipeline, ensuring we invest resources in the right opportunities by rigorously qualifying prospects on business need, budget, and strategic fit.Stakeholder Mapping: Navigate enterprise hierarchies to identify champions, influencers, and economic buyers within target organisations.Consultative Sales ExecutionValue-Based Selling: Lead discovery calls that go deep into the prospect's business challenges. You will diagnose inefficiencies in their current tender processes and prescribe SEQUESTO as the strategic solution.Executive Presentations: Deliver tailored demonstrations and presentations that showcase not just features, but business outcomes (ROI, efficiency, win rates).Market Intelligence: Act as the feedback loop between the market and our leadership team, gathering insights on competitor positioning and emerging customer requirements to keep our edge sharp.Collaboration & GrowthCEO & CMO Alignment: Work closely with the CEO and CMO to refine the Go-To-Market strategy, messaging, and sales playbooks.Hybrid & Remote Culture: Join us in our Ghent headquarters if you are based in Belgium, or operate fully remote if located internationally.Professional Autonomy: Regardless of your location, you maintain rigorous discipline in CRM hygiene and pipeline management to ensure transparency across the team.What We're Looking forCommercial Maturity: 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales. You have successfully sold complex or premium solutions, not transactional commodities.Executive Presence: You are comfortable holding your own in conversations with senior leadership. You communicate with clarity, confidence, and professionalism.Intellectual Curiosity: You take the time to understand the "why" behind a client's problem. You are interested in how businesses run and how technology improves them.Articulate Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (C1) are non-negotiable. You can write emails that people actually want to read.Strategic Mindset: You understand the difference between activity (making calls) and productivity (generating revenue).
