The successful candidate will play a key role in conducting risk assessments, identifying potential failure modes, and implementing reliability strategies to enhance operational performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead FMEA and root cause analysis (RCA) activities to assess risks and optimize system reliability.Work closely with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to integrate reliability principles into processes and workflows.Analyse performance data and failure trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives.Develop and recommend mitigation plans to reduce failure risks and improve product lifecycle performance.Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations.Provide guidance and training on best practices related to reliability engineering and risk assessment methodologies.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in reliability engineering, preferably in the industrial or pharmaceutical or biotech sectors.Strong expertise in FMEA methodologies and risk assessment tools.Interpret and analyse complex technical data to support decision-making.Strong problem-solving skills.Certifications in reliability engineering or quality management.Fluent in both English and French.Preferred SkillsExperience with GMPs.Experience with SAP PM module for maintenance and reliability trackingAbout us:We are a Human-sized company with great colleagues from a large diversity of cultural and professional backgroundsWe do care about our people, communicate openly and value feedbackWe work as a team where every member is valued and appreciatedWe propose continuous learning and development opportunities via internal or external training and workshopsWe offer a competitive salary package in line with industry practice together with exceptional employment benefitsAt GXP Consulting Switzerland everyone contributes to our joint success and grows individuallyIf you also share the same passion and values, we will be glad to hear from you Please send us your application.
