FSL professionals wanted for a leading global consulting company with a strong presence across Belgium. They have multiple innovation hubs and a diverse portfolio of clients. As they continue to expand our Salesforce practice, we are looking for a talented Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Consultant to join the team.Your RoleAs a Salesforce FSL Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Field Service Lightning solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through their field service digital transformation journey and ensuring that every solution is aligned with best practices and business goals.What You'll DoLead workshops to understand client requirements and translate them into scalable FSL solutionsConfigure, customize, and deploy Salesforce FSL componentsCollaborate with developers, architects, and project managers to deliver high-quality implementationsSupport full project lifecycle—from discovery to go-live and post-implementation supportAdvise clients on industry standards, process optimization, and Salesforce capabilitiesContribute to internal knowledge sharing and the growth of our Salesforce practiceWhat We're Looking ForProven experience implementing Salesforce Field Service LightningStrong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Mobile, etc.)Ability to analyse business requirements and design functional solutionsExcellent communication and client-facing skillsSalesforce certifications such as FSL Consultant, Admin, or Service Cloud Consultant are a strong plusFluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a strong assetPassion for technology and continuous learningWhat They OfferA dynamic and international environment with colleagues from diverse backgroundsFlexibility through hybrid working and multiple office hubs across BelgiumContinuous training, certifications, and career development opportunitiesCompetitive salary with attractive company benefits.
