FSL professionals wanted for a leading global consulting company with a strong presence across Belgium. They have multiple innovation hubs and a diverse portfolio of clients. As they continue to expand our Salesforce practice, we are looking for a talented Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Developers to join the team.Your RoleAs a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will work closely with functional consultants, architects, and project managers to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure technical solutions.What You'll DoDevelop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIsCollaborate with functional teams to transform business requirements into robust technical designsIntegrate Salesforce with external systems (REST, SOAP, middleware platforms)Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and documentationParticipate in technical design sessions and provide expert guidance on Salesforce capabilitiesSupport clients throughout the project lifecycle, including deployment and post-go-live optimizationContribute to internal frameworks, accelerators, and knowledge-sharing initiativesWhat We're Looking ForProven experience as a Salesforce Developer in complex project environmentsStrong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce configurationExperience with integrations, DevOps, and version control tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Azure DevOps)Understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and governor limitsSalesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Admin, or JavaScript Developer I are a strong plusExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailFluent in English; Dutch and/or French is a strong advantageA passion for innovation and continuous learning in the Salesforce ecosystemWhat They OfferA dynamic and international environment with colleagues from diverse backgroundsFlexibility through hybrid working and multiple office hubs across BelgiumContinuous training, certifications, and career development opportunitiesCompetitive salary with attractive company benefits.
