You take part of shaping Novera's future, including recruiting new members, participating to proposals, and any internal initiative You get the opportunity to be trained and build your career in a young, flexible and fun environment.And what will I do in this position?Participate in projects from inception to delivery, shaping impactful digital solutions for our clientsConduct technical analysis, and architecture to define scalable, maintainable solutionsLead technical workshops, and translate requirements in technical specificationsDesign and advise on the To-Be application to meet the business needs of our clientIdentify where standard Salesforce capabilities can be used, and where custom developments are really neededConfigure and develop (ReactJS, Apex, Java, JavaScript, Visualforce, LWC...) a tailor-made the platform for our clientIntegrate with various tools using API's or ETL toolsManage environments and continuous integration toolsDefine and execute test scenarios and automated testing to validate the implementationAll-in-all, play an active role in the digital transformation of our clientsYes, but what does it take?Master degree with a strong technical affinity, or equivalent by experienceExcellent communication skills (written and oral) & ability to adapt to your audienceFluent in Dutch or French, and EnglishOutstanding analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in technical analysis2-5 years of experience in software development (preferably in ReactJS)What is offered for such?You get a great package, composed of multiple benefitsMeal Vouchers and net allowancesHospitalization and dental insurancesA company Car, with fuel/electricity cardTop-quality material to perform your workGreat career opportunities, culture and trainings
