Our spaces are premium, unique, and designed for professionals who value flexibility and atmosphere.Your MissionWe're looking for an Events & Development Intern to support the launch of a new business & conference hub: Respace Airport. You'll be working hands-on with our events development team to help bring this ambitious project to life.You'll be based in Brussels, working from two locations: EU Quarter and Schaerbeek.What You'll DoSupport the event development team in preparing for the launchAssist in the planning and coordination of events related to the Respace Airport launchContribute to the creation of event concepts, timelines, and execution plansHelp coordinate with suppliers, partners, and internal teamsParticipate in on-site setup and operations when neededBring ideas, energy, and creativity to help shape an unforgettable launchWho You AreA student in management, events, communication, marketing, or a related fieldPassionate about events, hospitality, and community buildingWell-organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasksA team player who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environmentsComfortable working in both French and EnglishBased in Brussels, with easy access to our spaces in the EU Quarter and in SchaerbeekAvailable to start as soon as possibleWhat We OfferA front-row seat to the launch of a major business & conference hubThe opportunity to work directly with experienced mentors in event development and communicationA dynamic, collaborative, and flexible startup environmentA hands-on experience with real impact on a high-visibility project
