Business Development Intern (AI & Software)6-month paid internship – Brussels, Belgium Language Requirement (must-have to apply): French: C2 or Dutch/flemish: C2 - English: C1+About the RoleWonka AI is looking for an ambitious Sales Development Intern to join our team in Brussels.If you're passionate about AI, technology and business growth, and want a hands-on sales role where you actually sell, meet clients, configure real AI agents, and represent the company at tech events — this role is for you. We're looking for high-potential profiles who want responsibility, speed of learning, and real impact.ResponsibilitiesSales & Outreach:• Identify and qualify prospects• Run outbound outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn)• Build and improve multichannel prospecting sequences• Maintain a structured pipeline and support the full sales cycleClient Meetings & Sales Cycle:• Participate in discovery calls and product demonstrations• Prepare meetings, follow-ups and commercial proposals• Support negotiations and assist in closing dealsClient Onboarding & Product Configuration:• Guide new clients through onboarding• Set up their initial environment inside our platform• Create and configure AI agents, workflows and templates• Understand client needs and translate them into product configurations• Help clients achieve value from day oneEvents, Community & Representation:• Represent Wonka AI at tech and AI events in Brussels and Belgium• Participate in meetups, workshops and product presentations• Network with partners, potential customers and community members• Strengthen brand visibility in the local tech ecosystemSales Operations:• Update CRM and maintain clean data• Track KPIs and support reporting• Contribute to improving sales processes and automationMust-Have• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Motivation, ownership and structured thinking• Genuine interest in AI, tech, automation and SaaS• Comfortable with outreach and client-facing interactionsNice-to-Have• Understanding of IT/SaaS environments or AI technologies• Personal interest in automation and AI tools• Experience in sales, business development, consulting or entrepreneurship• Comfortable presenting or speaking at eventsWhat We Offer• 6-month paid internship• Real responsibilities from day one• Opportunity to work directly with the core team• Exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies• Fast learning environment where you grow quickly• Potential long-term opportunitiesWhy join Wonka We're growing fast, figuring things out together, and building AI that actually works.What makes Wonka different is how we work, together.
