About DocbyteDocbyte builds the digital trust layer of Europe.Our SaaS platform, Docbyte Vault, ensures that digital documents remain legally valid, authentic, and compliant for the long term — for banks, insurers, pharma, healthcare, and the public sector.As we scale, we're hiring a Customer Success Manager to strengthen onboarding, adoption and customer relationships.Your RoleAs Customer Success Manager, you guide customers from onboarding to long-term happy customers.You work closely with our COO, Customer Success Engineers (CSEs), Product Owner and Engineering to ensure that customers are successful, supported and growing.You bring structure, clarity and positive energy.You are proactive, organised and not afraid to challenge unclear expectations.What You'll DoOwn the customer relationship after the deal is agreedRun onboarding plans together with our CSE teamHelp customers adopt Docbyte Vault effectively and confidentlyConduct regular check-ins and QBRsMonitor customer health, usage and risksIdentify new requirements and expansion opportunitiesDocument customer needs and feed them into ProductCoordinate with Support and Engineering on escalationsEnsure a smooth, predictable customer experienceWho You Are3–7 years experience in Customer Success, account management or SaaS deliveryStructured, communicative and customer-focusedStrong at building trust and managing expectationsComfortable with technology (APIs, integrations, IAM basics)Proactive problem-solver with a "make it happen" mindsetAble to collaborate with technical teams and translate complexityFluent in Dutch and preferably French and EnglishBonus: experience in finance, insurance, pharma or public sectorWhy Join Docbyte?Work in one of Europe's most trusted and fast-growing digital sectorsCollaborate directly with the COO, CTO, Product Owner and engineeringHigh autonomy, ownership and real influence on customer successHybrid work and a positive, ambitious team cultureReady to help customers succeed with the future of digital trust?Send your CV to recruitment@docbyte.com.
