Vacature: Customer Success Manager (Payroll & Uitzend) Over Payroller Payroller is de digitale uitdager in de payroll-sector. Wij maken het aanwerven en verlonen van uitzendkrachten, flexi-jobbers en studenten razendsnel en volledig papierloos. Geen logge structuren, maar een innovatieve tool die contracten automatiseert en zorgt voor een feilloze wekelijkse verloning. Bij ons kom je terecht in een platte organisatie waar we niet geloven in micro-management, maar wél in eigenaarschap en impact. Jouw Impact Als Customer Success Manager krijg je bij ons veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en zorgt dat hun wekelijkse loonmotor vlekkeloos draait. Wat ga je doen? Directe Support: Je helpt klanten via de chat en telefoon met vragen over de tool en de verloning. Je denkt snel en handelt accuraat. Wekelijkse Payroll-verwerking: Je ondersteunt klanten bij de verwerking van de wekelijkse lonen. Je valideert gegevens en zorgt dat alles tot achter de komma klopt. Inhoudelijk Advies: Je bent de expert voor vragen over de uitzendsector, studentenregelingen en sociale wetgeving. Digitale Onboarding: Je begeleidt nieuwe klanten bij hun start in onze digitale omgeving. Procesverbetering: Omdat we een platte structuur hebben, hebben jouw ideeën direct impact. Payroll-minded: Je hebt een sterke interesse in verloning en sociaal-juridische zaken. Zelfsturend: Je houdt van verantwoordelijkheid en hebt geen nood aan een manager die de hele dag over je schouder meekijkt. Snel & Alert: Je vindt het fijn om in een dynamische omgeving te werken met wekelijkse deadlines. Ervaring: Ervaring in de uitzendsector (interim) is een plus, maar absoluut geen vereiste.
