VACATURECustomer Success Specialist Voor een softwareleverancier in de drankensector zoeken we een klantgerichte Customer Success Specialist. Je komt terecht in een klein, hecht team dat bedrijven ondersteunt met gebruiksvriendelijke software voor administratie, planning en rapportage. Klanten rekenen dagelijks op deze oplossing om hun operationele processen vlot te laten verlopen. In deze rol zorg jij ervoor dat gebruikers niet alleen geholpen worden, maar zich écht begrepen voelen.Wat doe je?Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij vragen en problemen.Je begeleidt nieuwe gebruikers en verzorgt trainingen en onboarding.Je biedt advies over optimaal gebruik van de software.Je stelt handleidingen en klantgerichte documentatie op.Je signaleert verbeterkansen en speelt feedback door aan het team.Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met klanten in binnen- en buitenland.Wie ben je?Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een klantgerichte of supportrol.Je hebt affiniteit met technologie en leert nieuwe software snel aan.Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.Je werkt analytisch en gestructureerd, met oog voor detail.Je bent proactief, zelfstandig en weet prioriteiten te stellen.Je haalt energie uit klanten helpen en denkt graag oplossingsgericht mee.Wat heeft onze partner jou te bieden?Een voltijdse functie met impact in een kleine, wendbare organisatie.Veel ruimte voor initiatief en doorgroei in commerciële of technische richting.Werken vanuit een moderne coworkinglocatie in Gent.Een competitief loon aangevuld met aantrekkelijke voordelen.Een functie met veel variatie, verantwoordelijkheid en klantcontact.Ben jij de Customer Success Specialist om het team van onze partner te versterken?
