This is a high‐impact role shaping decisions from early research through late‐stage development — with deep influence on biomarker science, multi‐omics analytics, and translational decision‐making.ResponsibilitiesLead end‐to‐end biomarker statistical strategyTranslate scientific questions into robust quantitative approachesAnalyse multi‐omics datasets (transcriptomics/proteomics/metabolomics)Set standards for reproducible R/Bioconductor workflowsCollaborate across Clinical, Quantitative Sciences, Translational & Preclinical teamsBuild dashboards (R/Shiny, Spotfire) and transparent reporting outputsWork with Git‐first workflows and cloud platforms (Posit, Databricks, Snowflake)Requirements:5+ years in pharma/biotech clinical developmentExpert R & Bioconductor skillsDeep expertise across biomarker methodology (diagnostic, prognostic, PD, predictive)Strong communication skills for translating complex dataExperience in ML (classification, clustering, regularized models, MLflow‐style workflows)Familiarity with CDISC standards and submission metadataProficiency with Git, Databricks, Snowflake, CI/CD conceptsExperience building dashboards (R/Shiny, Spotfire)
