IT AI Business SPOC / Project Lead (Belgium)Location: Brussels, city centerWork Model: Hybrid (2 days on-site / 3 days remote)Start Date: ASAPEmployment Type: Full-timeLanguages: English + French or Dutch (fluent in one, basic with the other) About the RoleWe are seeking an IT AI Business SPOC / Project Lead (PL) to serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) between business stakeholders and IT/AI delivery teams. You will lead AI-driven initiatives from concept to delivery, ensuring business value, technical alignment, and smooth execution.This is a hands-on, full-time role requiring strong coordination skills at the intersection of business, IT, and artificial intelligence. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary SPOC for AI and data initiatives toward business stakeholdersTranslate business needs into functional and technical requirementsLead AI and IT projects end-to-end (planning, execution, delivery, reporting)Coordinate with data scientists, engineers, architects, and vendorsEnsure compliance with IT governance, security, and architecture standardsManage stakeholder communication, expectations, and decision-makingTrack KPIs, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependenciesSupport change management and user adoption of AI solutionsIdentify and promote AI use cases that deliver measurable business value Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field5+ years of experience in IT project management, product ownership, or business analysisProven experience working on AI, data, analytics, or digital transformation projectsStrong understanding of: AI / ML concepts and use cases + IT systems, data platforms, and integrationsExperience acting as a SPOC, Project Lead, Product Owner, or Delivery LeadExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work effectively in a hybrid environment with on-site presence Nice to HaveExperience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)Knowledge of Agile / Scrum / SAFe methodologiesExposure to MLOps, data governance, or AI ethicsCertifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Product Owner What We OfferImmediate start on impactful AI initiativesHybrid working model: 2 days on-site / 3 days remoteCompetitive salary and benefitsCollaborative, innovation-driven environmentOpportunities for continuous learning in AI and digital transformation Interested?
