(Senior) Finance Coordinator – Temporary AssignmentLocation: Brussels, Belgium Contract duration: Temporary assignment until September 2026 Salary: €2,700 – €2,800 gross/month (depending on experience)Key ResponsibilitiesThe (Senior) Finance Coordinator will support and coordinate day-to-day finance and accounting activities for the Belgian entities of the Group. The tasks include, but are not limited to:Participating in daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations for MCI Group Belgium entitiesAssisting with event closings, including verification of accounting files, reconciliation with accounting records, and cleaning of disbursement accountsSupporting Internal Control Systems (ICS) and preparing Belgian VAT declarationsAssisting in the preparation of documentation for foreign VAT returns in collaboration with the tax advisorLearning and contributing to the preparation of financial statements and tax documentation, in compliance with Group guidelines and legal requirementsActively supporting mid-year and year-end closing processes, in close collaboration with the Finance Team and the CFOLearning and assisting during audits with external consultants and providing required information within deadlinesManaging cash-flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and funding needs, in close collaboration with the CFO and/or Business ControllerActing as a point of contact with banks to ensure adequate facilities for company operationsUnderstanding and using financial systems and tools on a daily basis (BOB 50, MCI360, archiving tools, etc.)ProfileEducation and/or first significant experience in finance or accountingComfortable working in a structured environment with varied responsibilitiesReliable, well-organized, proactive, and detail-orientedFluent in French and EnglishStrong knowledge of BOB 50 is a very strong assetOfferTemporary assignment until September 2026Gross monthly salary between €2,700 and €2,800, depending on experienceCollaborative, supportive, and professional working environmentStrong opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure to a wide range of finance topics (accounting, tax, treasury, audits)
