Om deze groei verder te versterken, wordt het team uitgebreid met extra commerciële expertise.JobomschrijvingAls Channel Development Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het uitbouwen én ondersteunen van het internationale partnernetwerk. Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe partners, versterkt bestaande samenwerkingen en zorgt ervoor dat partners beschikken over de juiste kennis en tools om het platform succesvol in de markt te zetten. Extern fungeer je als vertegenwoordiger van het bedrijf, intern breng je de noden en inzichten van het partnerkanaal terug naar de organisatie.Nieuwe partnerships identificeren en ontwikkelen in verschillende regio's.Bestaande partners begeleiden in hun commerciële aanpak en hen ondersteunen richting eindklanten.Trainingen en kennisoverdrachten organiseren zodat partners het platform volledig beheersen.Een brugfunctie vervullen tussen partners en interne teams, waarbij je input en trends uit de markt vertaalt naar kansen.Actief bijdragen aan de groei en professionalisering van het wereldwijde partnernetwerk.ProfielEen ondernemende mindset, sterke motivatie en de focus om partners centraal te zetten.Vlotte beheersing van Nederlands, Frans én Engels.Ervaring met solution selling; kennis van cybersecurity of IT is een mooie troef.Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen snel vertrouwen op te bouwen.Ervaring met CRM-systemen is een pluspunt.Stressbestendig, gestructureerd en discreet in het omgaan met informatie.Een teamspeler die duidelijke grenzen stelt en een 'get things done'-houding uitstraalt.Een klantgerichte, oplossingsgerichte persoonlijkheid.AanbodJe krijgt een aantrekkelijk bruto maandloon, aangevuld met een uitgebreid pakket aan voordelen, waaronder:Bedrijfswagen (Mercedes)MaaltijdchequesNetto onkostenvergoedingHospitalisatieverzekeringGroepsverzekeringInteressant commissiesysteemGSM en laptopEcocheques
