The role involves implementing and monitoring the project quality management system, reviewing contractor documentation, and supporting audits and quality control activities.Responsibilities:Act as the point of contact for quality assurance within the package scope.Implement and monitor project quality management systems and performance.Review and challenge quality documentation from contractors and subcontractors.Participate in internal and external audits.Support quality control during delivery and follow up on non-conformities and risks.Promote adherence to project quality processes and procedures.Requirements:Minimum 5 years' experience in quality management.Background in offshore, EPCI, maritime projects or major civil works is a plus.Technical bachelor's or master's degree (or equivalent experience).Strong organisational, documentation, and data skills.Excellent communication skills and a proactive, structured approach.Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
