Title: TesterLocation: Brussels, BelgiumDuration: 12 monthsLanguages: English, FrenchJob DescriptionProficiency in manual functional testing techniques (regression, exploratory, etc.)Identify and write test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements.Prepare the execution of test cases (including preparing initial conditions: test data, etc.)Run these test cases manuallyAnalyze and document test results, record bugs, defects and other flawsClassify bugs, track bug resolution, and provide bug reportsProvide support in resolving identified errors in collaboration with the various teams (business, functional and development)Validate the corrections with the business and communicate the resultsSupervise and direct the staff necessary for the successful completion of the test tasks.Solid knowledge of Agile principles (Scrum, Kanban)Experience with the following tools is required:Defect management: MantisTest management: Xqualautomation with AgilitestBasic understanding of test environments and deployment processes with GitLab & DockerFamiliarity with databases and SQL queriesPersonal QualitiesProactivity: The ability to identify problems before they arise and to propose solutionsRigour: Attention to detail and adherence to testing methodologiesCommunication: Excellent ability to document defects and communicate resultsCollaboration: Fluid and constructive teamwork in an agile environmentCuriosity: Interest in understanding the product and business needsSkills:AgileAgilitestTest case analysis and designDB2Anomaly detection and managementDockerImplementation and execution of test casesMantisReady APIXqual
