Role OverviewAs an Automation Tester, you will take end-to-end ownership of test automation, from strategy and framework design to CI/CD integration, ensuring high-quality, compliant and reliable systems in a highly regulated environment. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and maintain automated test frameworks using Python (OOP, design patterns)Implement web test automation using PlaywrightDevelop and execute BDD test scenarios using Cucumber / GherkinIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)Run tests in containerized environments (Docker)Monitor, analyse and report test results using Xray (Jira)Ensure full traceability between requirements and test casesCollaborate closely with developers, product owners and QA teamsProduce test documentation, reports and analysisMentor junior testers and promote QA best practices Skills & QualificationsStrong experience in Python test automation (PyTest, Cypress)Solid understanding of OOP and test design patternsProven expertise with Playwright for web automationExperience with BDD (Cucumber, Gherkin)CI/CD integration experience with JenkinsGood knowledge of Docker for test executionFamiliarity with Git, Jira, Confluence, XrayStrong analytical mindset and attention to detailAbility to work autonomously and take ownership Nice to HavePerformance testing experience (Locust, JMeter)Agile / Scrum testing experience Why Join Us?Work on large-scale, mission-critical European systemsFlexible working model: on-site or full remoteLong-term, high-impact digital transformation programmeInternational and collaborative environmentAttractive salary package Important: This role is strictly open to EU citizens only due to regulatory constraints.
