Join our dynamic international team and embrace the adventure of working abroadFor an European institution in Brussels, Belgium, we are looking for a hybrid Senior Test Automation Specialist. Experienced in ServiceNow is a nice to have.Candidates need to be based in Europe within 2 hours of Belgium.Candidates need to be fluent in English. A work permit is required, but not provided. This position is open for contractors.Tasks and Responsibilities:Design, prepare and monitor ServiceNow automated tests;Contribute to the development of a plan to integrate ServiceNow automated testing within the testing process;Evaluate tools and technology for automation best fit to the project within the DevSecOps approach;Create an approach and methodology for building a test automation architecture;Design and develop (new or modified) test automation solutions that meet the business needs;Enable the transition of testing from a manual to an automated approach;Create automated test reporting and metrics collection;Profile:Bachelor or Master degree;+9 years of experience in IT;+5 years of experience with defining and documenting Test Plans, Test Cases and Test Results;Proficiency in navigating and configuring the ServiceNow platform;Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD);Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, ServiceNow ATF, ...);Understanding of ServiceNow's scripting and automation capabilities, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies;Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for the ServiceNow platform;Understanding of test automation strategies and when to apply them;Ability to create comprehensive test plans and test cases;Knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards to ensure testing accuracy and efficiency;Experience with performance and security testing;Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other tools and platforms. Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for ServiceNow integration;Ability to troubleshoot issues and think analytically to resolve complex automation challenges;Commitment to staying updated with the latest updates and changes in ServiceNow;Certification in ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager;Fluent in English;
