You will be responsible for analysing requirements, designing functional specifications, and overseeing the implementation of critical solutions for the bank's operations and regulatory compliance.Your Responsibilities:Analyse banking processes (payments, invest, fraud, compliance, card, etc.) and translate them into detailed functional designs.Coordinate with technical analysts and developers to ensure consistency and quality of the solution.Define test scenarios, prepare test data, and organise test execution with the Test Coordinator.Identify corrective actions and ensure their implementation.Provide clear and regular reporting to the Project Manager and stakeholders.Work closely with business teams to ensure the final solution meets operational and regulatory requirements.ProfileProven experience as a Functional Analyst, ideally within the banking or financial sector.Strong knowledge of analysis tools and methodologies (UML, BPMN, RUP, Aris, Visio, Enterprise Architect, Jira...).Solid understanding of banking-specific challenges: compliance, security, regulations, data quality, and risk management.Rigorous, quality-driven, and able to work in a structured environment with demanding timelines.Excellent communication and analytical skills.Proficiency in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is a strong asset.Our Recruitment ProcessPhone interview with a recruiterOne or more meetings with a Business ManagerClient presentationStart of the assignmentIn line with its ethical commitments, Audensiel is dedicated to combating all forms of discrimination and promoting diversity and equal opportunities.
