Notre client situé à Bruxelles est à la recherche d'un.e HR Manager FRMarsBruxelles6 mois, prolongeableTemps pleinResponsabilités principales :Nous recherchons un(e) HR Manager Senior capable d'assurer le pilotage stratégique et opérationnel d'une équipe RH d'environ 10 personnes :Assurer la direction et la coordination de l'équipe RH (objectifs, priorités, respect des deadlines, accompagnement managérial)Définir et piloter la stratégie RH en lien avec la direction générale et la direction des opérationsSuperviser la concertation sociale : relations avec les syndicats, présentations, négociations et mise à jour du règlement de travailGérer les dossiers RH complexes : conflits, médiations, situations sensibles et accompagnement juridiqueParticiper aux projets transversaux stratégiques, notamment : absentéisme et bien-être au travail, mise en place d'un pôle de formation interneSuperviser les processus de gestion du personnel, du payroll (en lien avec la responsable payroll et la juriste RH) et du talent managementParticiper aux comités de direction et aux réunions stratégiquesProfil recherché :Minimum 10 ans d'expérience en gestion RH généraliste, dont au moins 4 ans en management d'équipeSolide background juridique et droit social belgeExpérience dans le secteur public fortement appréciéeAisance en concertation sociale et négociation syndicaleCapacité à piloter des projets RH stratégiques et transversauxSens des priorités et forte orientation résultatsExcellentes capacités de communication, posture de partenaire de la direction
