For their existing sales team in Belgium, they are seeking aCommercial DirectorMain accountabilities:Definition of growth strategy;Develop sales together with the team in Belgium and ensure strong growth towards predominantly midmarket;Manage/coach the sales team;Be the main driver behind reaching new business objectives;Report efficiently into international structure.Profile requirements:Successful professional experience (over 8 years) in sales management within software/technology sector; experienced in solution selling;Preferable knowledge of business processes and Cloud ;Strong people management and leadership skills;Fluent in French, Dutch & English;Excellent communication and presentation skills.
