Senior Cost Manager (CSA) - Data Centers Global Hyper-Scaler Belgium Responsibilities Have experience in Civil, Structural, Architectural estimating, tender evaluations and onsite cost controlsOptimise project costs, implement value engineering and ensure value for money whilst still achieving the highest standards and qualityProvide commercial and contract support throughout the projectProduce cost plans/estimates to provide client detailed budgetsEnsure initial cost plans are sufficient to carry out the worksAnalyse tenders to ensure value for money and that the works have been procured at the best market ratesDeliver all work outputs in an accurate and timely mannerClose out commercial, change orders and contract issuesPerform interim valuations to ensure contractor payments are correct and made in a timely manner utilising EVM.Forecast and monitor cash flow/accruals to ensure a positive cash flow is maintained, liaising with the client's financial teamAssist in the reparation and agreement of final accounts, including the handling of any claims to ensure the client gets best value from works undertakenProduce cost analysis feedback/lessons learned to the client for future worksRequirements Have experience in Civil, Structural, Architectural EstimatingHave a degree or comparable experienceHave experience in Data-Centres, Battery Manufacturing, Life Science, or Semi Conductor projectsHave experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projectsAre fluent in English language both orally and written
