IT AI Business SPOC / Project Lead (Belgium)Location: Brussels (Hybrid)Start Date: ASAPLanguages: Fluent in English + good knowledge in French or DutchEducation: Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical field As part of a strong and growing investment in Artificial Intelligence, we are reinforcing collaboration between business teams and IT to accelerate AI-driven innovation. To support this ambition, we are looking for an IT AI Business SPOC who will act as the key technical interface between business stakeholders and IT teams for all AI-related initiatives.Role & ObjectivesAs the IT AI Business SPOC, your mission is to ensure that business teams have the right technical support, tools, infrastructure, and processes to successfully design, test, and deploy AI use cases.You will play a critical coordination role, ensuring that AI initiatives are technically feasible, aligned with IT standards, and efficiently supported throughout their lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the single technical point of contact for business teams on all AI-related requestsCoordinate the provisioning of AI components (LLMs, APIs, environments, datasets, etc.)Ensure technical feasibility and compliance with IT standards, security, and architectureLiaise with internal IT teams (Cloud, Data, Security, Architecture, etc.) to ensure timely deliverySupport business users in the daily use of AI tools and platforms (e.g. Copilot, Azure OpenAI, custom LLMs)Track and document requests, issues, and solutions to ensure transparency and continuous improvementAdvise business teams on available AI capabilities and help them navigate the AI ecosystemSkills & ExperienceSoft Skills Autonomous and proactive mindsetStrong client-oriented approachExcellent communication skillsStrong organizational and coordination abilitiesComfortable working with both business and IT stakeholdersTechnical SkillsMandatory (Senior level: 5–8 years)Solid technical background in IT infrastructure, cloud services, or AI platformsPreferred (Mid-level: 2–5 years)Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform, Copilot)Familiarity with the Insurance sectorIf you enjoy working at the crossroads of business, IT, and AI innovation, and want to help shape impactful AI initiatives, this role is for you.Interested?
