Since our launch in 2017, we have been combining innovation with a specialist approach to support SMEs and medium-sized companies in BeLux with products such as D&O, professional liability and cyber insurance.We work with the most professional brokers and are fully committed to smart processes and automation.Role DescriptionWhat will you be doing?You are the silent force behind the scenes who ensures that everything runs smoothly. You have ownership of our operational processes and know how to increase efficiency and implement improvements.• You ensure the smooth running of our back-office processes.• You take responsibility for process optimisation and improvements.• You will manage our financial administration (premium collection, invoices, contact with the accountant, etc.).• You will be responsible for internal and external reporting.• You will manage the renewal process for our portfolio.• You will monitor supplier relationships.QualificationsWe are looking for a structured and results-oriented professional with at least 3 years of experience in an operational role in the insurance or financial sector. You are reliable, customer-focused and enjoy making processes as efficient as possible.In addition:• You speak fluent Dutch, and communication in French and English is no problem.• You work professionally and accurately.• You see change as an opportunity to grow.
