The program starts with a 6-month internship as a Recruiter, where you will work directly with our managers to identify top talent, learn the inner workings of our business, and refine your skills in recruitment and talent management.Upon successfully completing the internship, you will have the opportunity to transition into a management role, driving strategic initiatives and managing teams within Exsolvæ.
