Manufactured under stringent ISO 13485 standards, the device is CE and FDA certified, ensuring its reliability and compliance with global medical standards.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role as a Sales Enablement Specialist based in Ath. The role involves delivering sales training programs, prospecting for leads, and enhancing the effectiveness of the sales team. The Sales Enablement Specialist will also be responsible for implementing sales team training sessions, supporting account management activities, and representing the company at congresses and events.QualificationsExperience in Sales Trainings and Sales Enablement to support team development and performance improvementStrong Communication skills to facilitate collaboration and deliver impactful trainingAbility to work collaboratively, analyze performance data, and suggest actionable insightsPrevious experience in a similar role or sales-related position is advantageousBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredAbility to travel internationally (30% travel)
