Junior Salesforce Developer

As a Junior Salesforce Developer, youâll help design, build, and customize Salesforce applications that solve real business challenges. Working alongside senior developers and business stakeholders, youâll gain hands\-on experience across the full development lifecycleâfrom gathering requirements to delivering scalable, high\-quality solutions.

• Work with senior developers and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements

• Build Salesforce solutions using declarative tools like Lightning App Builder, Process Builder, and Flow
  <\/p><\/li>

• Customize functionality with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  <\/p><\/li>

• Help integrate third\-party apps, plugins, and APIs into the Salesforce ecosystem
  <\/p><\/li>

• Conduct unit tests, support system testing, and troubleshoot issues
  <\/p><\/li>

• Participate in code reviews and contribute ideas for performance and quality improvements
  <\/p><\/li>

• Assist with deploying Salesforce solutions to production
  <\/p><\/li>

• Stay up to date with new Salesforce features, tools, and best practices
  <\/p><\/li>

• Contribute to technical documentation, user guides, and training materials
  <\/p><\/li>

• Collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and QA teams to meet deadlines and deliver quality work

  Requirements<\/h3>

  • Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Familiarity with Salesforce tools (Lightning App Builder, Process Builder, Flow) and programming (Apex, Visualforce)
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular is a plus
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Eagerness to learn and keep up with the latest Salesforce innovations
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong problem\-solving and analytical abilities
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Administrator) are a bonus but not required
