Within the Non-Life IT department of a leading insurance provider, you will work in an IT team of approximately 20 professionals (10 of whom work on-site). You will reinforce a QA team of 3 testers. In this role, you bridge the gap between business, analysis, and development through functional testing, End-to-End (E2E) testing, API testing, and close collaboration with developers in a French-speaking environment.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience as a Test Analyst or QA Engineer (experience in Non-Life/Insurance is a plus).
- Languages: Fluent in French (spoken and written), supplemented by English.
- Tech Skills: Postman (collections, environment variables, automated runs) and Swagger / OpenAPI.
- Nice to have: Experience with or interest in applying AI tools in testing.
- Soft Skills: Communicative, collaborative with developers, accurate, and analytical.
- Hybrid Model: 2 fixed days per week on-site (Wednesdays and Thursdays) + flexible remote work
